Rachael is a Manchester based poet and fiction writer. Her poetry and short fiction has appeared in several small publications and been both longlisted and shortlisted in some well known competitions; please see the publications page for more details.
She has recently graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a First Class Honours degree in Creative Writing, and is now studying a poetry specific MfA, also at MMU.
She is an ardent lover of cats, cosy bars, sunny parks, and good company, and when not immersed in words she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and exploring.
